Sydney joined the Symphony family in early 2026 and supports Symphony Financial Services, Inc. with a variety of administrative support. She graduated from Cleveland State University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in theatrical arts. Sydney has 10 years of customer service experience and has spent most of her career working in the food service or retail industry.

Sydney resides in Wickliffe, Ohio, with her husband and dog. While she lives in the Cleveland area now, she grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is an avid Packers fan (sorry, Cleveland Browns). In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, figure skating, and exploring, finding the best café in the world.
