Jen supports Symphony Financial Services, Inc. by providing a wide range of administrative and client service support, helping manage client relationships and account needs. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, including roles with Valmark Financial Group and Charles Schwab, where she developed a strong foundation across multiple areas of finance.

Jen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with minors in Economics and Human Resources, from Kent State University. She holds her Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License, along with her FINRA SIE and Series 7 license through LPL Financial.

Jen resides in Medina, Ohio, with her fiancé Jake and her dog, Chicha. In her free time, she enjoys reading and golfing.
