Craig has had a passion for financial services for as long as he can remember. He thrives on helping clients solve both complex and straightforward challenges while building long-lasting relationships that extend well beyond business. His enthusiasm for the industry and commitment to clients is evident in every interaction.
For individual clients, Craig emphasizes a financial planning–first approach, developing clear roadmaps for families at every stage, whether nearing retirement or just beginning their journey. With a thoughtful plan in place, clients can make informed decisions with confidence, understanding the impact on both short- and long-term goals. For corporate clients, Craig focuses on the shared fiduciary responsibility of designing and managing benefit programs that are both attractive to employees and strategically valuable for growing organizations.
In addition to his client responsibilities, Craig serves as Symphony Financials’ chief compliance officer. He has extensive experience in portfolio analysis and management and maintains strong relationships with both clients and the firm’s investment managers.
Craig’s interest in financial services began early. While attending Jackson High School in Massillon, Ohio, he completed mentorship and internship programs with American Express and, at the time, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance from The Ohio State University. Craig holds his FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses through LPL Financial as well as the Series 66 through Symphony Financial Services, Inc. He also holds his Life, Accident, and Health, and Annuities licenses. Prior to joining Symphony Financial Services in 2008, he was an independent agent with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Since graduating in 2009, Symphony has been his sole professional home, and in 2020, he became the firm’s first equity partner, reflecting his long-term commitment to its future.
Craig earned his CFA Charter in 2013, successfully passing Levels I, II, and III of the CFA Program in succession. He is a member of the CFA Institute.
Craig resides in Wadsworth, Ohio, with his wife, Jackie; their children, Gabriella and Grayson; and their dogs, Murphy and Chip. In his free time, Craig is an avid, and hopefully improving, golfer. He is an Ohio State football season ticket holder and proudly states that it was the only school to which he applied. Craig is a diehard Cleveland sports fan. Above all, he values spending time with family and friends.
